2024-25 Online Registration Now Open!

Online registration for the 2024-25 school year opens on July 29th. This is the annual process of providing and updating student and family information on file, including emergency contacts, health information and more. It is essential for all Sabin World families to complete all components of the registration process, prior to your child’s first day at Sabin. This includes new-to-Sabin World families as well as returning families.  

1. REGISTER ONLINE

• To register online, sign in to Parent Portal, click on “See All Apps”, then click on “Online Registration” to verify or update your student’s information. Online registration can only be completed by the parent/guardian listed in the primary household of the student record. If you forgot your username or password click on the forgot username/forgot password link.

• Sabin World is undergoing construction over the summer as our new cooling system is installed. Our office staff is currently working at Bear Valley International School (BVIS) and will host supported online registration at BVIS on August 5th & 6th. 
  • BVIS – 3005 S Golden Way, Denver, CO 80227
    • Monday, August 5th: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
    • Tuesday, August 6: 7:00 am – 2:00 pm

2. Denver Public Schools You Benefit! online application for the 2024-25 school year – ALL FAMILIES MUST TAKE ACTION

All families need to complete a You Benefit! form (formally the Free or Reduced Fees/Lunch application) for the 2024-25 school year.  

• Only one form is required for all children in the household. 
• By completing the form, you will help us access all available funds to cover the cost of meals, and other nutritional programs for students.

You Benefit! form – Once the application is completed, make sure to save the email for future reference. If you feel your family doesn’t qualify, please log in and OPT-OUT of the form.
